Abstract
The telescope for the Operational Land Imager (OLI) completed alignment in July, 2009. Environmental testing was completed in September, 2009. This paper presents the as-designed and as-built performance of the telescope and demonstrates compliance to the OLI requirements. Performance parameters to be discussed include: Effective Focal Length, Modulation Transfer Function, Throughput, Polarization and Pointing.
