Abstract
The information referring to Digital Basin includes various water recourse information, spatial information of river basin and other socioeconomic statistics information corresponding with them. This data scatters in different administrative authorities and it has the property of large quantity, isomerous and multiple dimensions. However, China's administration departments are separated. In the original data copy the way to construct grand unified Digital Basin will never stride forward substantially. This paper analyzes the sharing patterns of Digital Basin information, and investigates the possibility to share basin information with current technology. The author then proposes a specific thread and makes an experiment for the sharing of Digital Basin information with the Qinhuai River basin data to explain the correctness and effectiveness of the method brought in this paper.
