Abstract

Laser-induced damage thresholds of HR and AR coatings prepared by Japanese optics makers were measured at 10-ns pulse and 1064-nm wavelength. The data would be an important database to improve the damage threshold for makers, and to guide the designs of laser systems for optics users.
