Abstract
Super-resolution image reconstruction aims to obtain a high-resolution image from multiple low-resolution images to get a better visual effect. It is widely used in many applications such as video surveillance, image recognition. This paper proposes a POCS super-resolution image reconstruction algorithm based on the projection residue to improve the visual effect of reconstructed HR image. The characteristic of this method is that it takes full advantage of the statistical property of projection residue included in the constraints and changes the modified threshold adaptively. The cause of the projection residue is analyzed and its characteristic parameter is calculated to restrain the solution. Experimental results show that our algorithm is effective in visual evaluation, and the PSNR is improved.
