Abstract
This paper presented data on the method of coherent space-frequency filtering of coordinate distributions azimuth and ellipticity of polarization of the laser plasma image. The optical model of polycrystalline networks of human blood plasma is suggested. The results of investigating the interrelation between the values of blood plasma polarization maps statistical (statistical moments of the 1st-4th order) parameters and pathological changes of rectum wall are presented. They characterize the coordinate distributions of the azimuth and ellipticity of Fourier transforms of laser images of human blood plasma. The diagnostic criteria of rectum cancer are determined.
