Abstract
Phase-shifting digital holography is a convenient method to measure displacement and strain distributions. To simplify the optical setup is required for producing more compact equipment. In this paper, a calibration method using a sampling moire method for phase-shifting digital holography with multiple imaging devices is proposed. It is, however, difficult to find the corresponding points on the each reconstructed images taken by each imaging sensors. A 2-D grating reference plate is used. The two-dimensional (2-D) phase map of the 2-D grating pattern can be analyzed accurately. The principle and the experimental results to apply to the deformation measurement are shown.
