Abstract
In this work we introduce a new channel coding scheme for noisy quantum channels. The proposed scheme is called polaractivation and makes it possible to open the hidden capacity-domains of a noisy quantum channel. With the help of the proposed channel coding technique private information can be transmitted over a quantum channel that initially was not capable of private communication. We prove that the polaractivation works for arbitrary quantum channels for which a given criteria in the symmetric classical capacity is satisfied.
