When you register for an SPIE conference, you can select online access to a single proceedings volume (basic registration) or to a collection of multiple topically-related proceedings volumes (registration upgrade). When you sign in to the SPIE Digital Library and navigate to the My Account menu, the My Conference Proceedings page will include links to the proceeding volume(s) that you selected as a part of your conference registration. The direct link to the My Conference Proceedings page is: https://www.spiedigitallibrary.org/account/my-conference-proceedings
Attendees may also purchase additional online or print proceedings beyond those that they selected during registration; to do so, please contact: email@example.com
When do conference proceedings become available?
Conference proceedings begin to be published on the SPIE Digital Library about two to three weeks after the conference. When the majority of papers in the proceeding volume(s) that you selected with your conference registration are available, you will receive a notification email.
Because papers are published individually over a period of several weeks, not all papers from a particular conference will be immediately available when you receive the notification email. Most proceedings papers are published within four to six weeks after a conference. Please remember to check back periodically to view newly published papers.
How do I access my conference proceedings?
Access to your selected conference proceedings is available on the SPIE Digital Library using your SPIE login credentials. To access your proceedings:
At https://www.spiedigitallibrary.org, click Sign In at the top right. Enter your SPIE account credentials, or if you do not have an SPIE account, create one using the same email address that you used to register for the conference.
After you sign in, click My Account at top right, then My Conference Proceedings. You will see links to your selected proceedings volumes.
The papers within your selected volumes can either be read online or downloaded in PDF format and saved locally. The recorded conference presentations within your selected volumes can be viewed within the embedded video player on the SPIE Digital Library website, but they cannot be downloaded and saved locally.
Note: If your organization subscribes to the SPIE Digital Library, you can access all conference proceedings by accessing the SPIE Digital Library through your institution's network.
How long will I be able to access the proceedings?
You get unlimited ongoing access to the online conference proceedings that you receive as a part of your registration for an SPIE conference.
