The NASA-LRC Telespectrograph is described and the principle technical features are discussed. The design objectives of tracking accuracy and sensitivity are presented, with preliminary test results conducted at NOTS. Data from the Project FIRE mission, as well as data from selected targets of opportunity tracked at Ascension Island, is presented and discussed. The future use of the instrument and planned improvements is discussed.
