Dr. Andreas Pospori
Post-doctoral Researcher at Cyprus Univ of Technology
Profile Summary

Mr. Andreas Pospori, with a BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Cyprus University of Technology, recently joined a funded project* under the name ‘Training and Research Involving Polymer Optical Devices’ - TRIPOD. As an early stage researcher contributes towards work on polymer fibre grating UV fabrication and testing at Aston University. His knowledge includes inscription and micro-machining using femtosecond laser systems, as well as polymer optical fibre based sensors fabrication and characterisation.

*His currently research has received funding from the People Programme (Marie Curie Actions) of the European Union's Seventh Framework Programme FP7/2007-2013/under REA grant agreement No. 608382.
