Dr Borja Pozo, is a Telecommunications engineer specialising in electronics (BSc+MSc, 2013) and a master’s degree in advanced electronic systems (MSc, 2014) from the University of the Basque Country (EHU/UPV). Since 2014 he has been working at TEKNIKER, where he obtained his international doctorate with honours (PhD, 2018) in the field of energy harvesting and spending 5 months in Fraunhofer IIS Institute in Nuremberg (Germany) as a doctoral student. He has been working as a multidisciplinary researcher, focused on the research and development of mechatronic systems, integrating different technologies as a mechanic, surface physics and electronics. This work has been developed in the fields of industry and energy, in both European, national public and industrial projects, is also the coordinator of European proposal. Since 2019 is the leader of space technologies in Tekniker.
