Dr. Gallas provides mathematical, statistical, and modeling expertise to the evaluation of medical imaging devices at the FDA. His main areas of contribution are in the design and statistical analysis of reader studies, image quality, computer aided diagnosis (CAD), and imaging physics. He has a PhD from the University of Arizona Graduate Interdisciplinary Program in Applied Mathematics.
