Chang-Yong is a Scientist at the Center for Functional Nanomaterials of the Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL). His research is focused on two primary objectives: a) Development and application of atomic layer deposition (ALD) techniques toward the materials innovation in nanoelectronic sensors, solar energy conversion, catalysis, and hybrid nanocomposite technologies; b) Materials processing and device physics in organic semiconductors, semiconductor nanowires, and two-dimensional materials.
