Profile Summary

I have worked in several areas during my career at 3M including the development of materials and processes for laser-written images in polymeric materials, the fabrication and characterization of microreplicated polymeric microstructures, surface modification of polymers using pulsed energy sources for increased adhesion of organic and inorganic coatings, pulsed e-beam polymerization of polymers, and spectroscopic characterization of polymer surfaces.
