Sensors: design, numerical and analytical modeling, fabrication, and measurement of photonic, electronic, and mechanical properties of devices to sense pressure, temperature, light, and humidity

Materials analysis: experience with scanning electron, transmission electron, atomic force, and optical microscopy, Raman and Auger electron spectroscopy, radiometry, failure analysis

Semiconductor device characterization: familiar with electronics and equipment for measurement (lock-in amplifier, Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer, wafer probe station, optics, 10 K/ 300 mK closed-cycle cryostat)
