This patent proposes a dynamic aggregation method of distributed resources based on cloud edge collaboration, and proposes load peak shaving performance indicators and load frequency modulation performance indicators to represent the difference in load response performance. On this basis, it proposes to use the improved spectral clustering algorithm of genetic algorithm to achieve dynamic aggregation of distributed energy and achieve intelligent aggregation of distributed resources in multiple stations.
