Much of the study on the controller that guarantees the stability and performance for the system under irregular disturbances has been carried out. Normally those irregular disturbances are regarded as noise having random characteristics and originated externally and internally or in combined manner. Those noises decrease the system stability and performance as well. In the paper only internal noises that come from elements such as resistor, diode and transistor etc. in the circuit system and numerical operation in the digital control are considered. "Dual Stochastic Controller" is proposed to reduce the random internal noises in the model-tracking controller. The proposed "Dual Stochastic Controller" is consisting of two controllers. One is stochastic controller to suppress internal random noise and the other one is model-tracking controller to follow the control law. Those internal random noises in the system are transformed into stochastic domain via F-P-K(Fokker-Planck-Kolmogorov) equation approach. Simulation reveals the performance of proposed "Dual Stochastic Controller" is quite promising.
