Profile Summary

In recent years, I have been concentrating on optical bistability characteristics and inherent instabilities of the luminescence and stimulated emission in rare-earth-doped solid media. Achieved all-solid-state bistable laser at 2um infrared wavelength in 792nm pumped Tm,Ho:YLF crystals. At present, Particularly Interested in the fields of laser solid cooling, nonlinear optics and photoluminescen spectra of rare-earth-doped nanomaterials, solid-state laser technology. Led four fundamental research projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China, Innovation Talents Foundation of Harbin City, and Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities of China.
