Profile Summary

Luming Zhao received the B.S. and the M.S. degrees in engineering physics from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1999 and 2002, respectively. He acquired his Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2007. Currently, Zhao serves as a Full Professor at the School of Physics and Electronic Engineering, the Jiangsu Normal University, Jiangsu, China. His current research interests include laser physics and engineering, nonlinear optics and dynamics, ultrafast optics, nano optics, and optics communications. He has published over 70 top quality international journal papers with a citation of more than 1000 times and H-index of 21. Dr. Zhao is an IEEE Senior Member, an OSA and SPIE member.
