Plasmonics , Nanofabrication , Spectroscopy , Microscopy , Nonlinear Optics , Orbital Angular Momentum of light
Profile Summary

My research expertise is mainly in the field of plasmonics and nanotechnology, with a focus on nanofabrication and optical + morphological characterization of nanostructures. Recently, I expanded my activity to the modeling of plasmonic structures for nonlinear spectroscopy (CARS) and super-resolution microscopy (STED).
During my PhD, I have been working on applications regarding the Orbital Angular Momentum (OAM) of light and I have contributed to the development of an ellipsometer-SNOM combined instrument for the coupled characterization of the far-field and near-field properties of plasmonic nanostructures.
