In the given research the anomaly is considered as a fraud. The paper is devoted to the development of the method, aimed at detection of the data anomalies mobile applications installation. Anomaly (fraud) detection method on the basis of anomalies in data, which, unlike the existing ones, allows to solve the heterogeneous data resolution problem on which fraudulent decisions are made, reduce the size of the data and conduct a classification of users, is proposed. An experiment was conducted on the basis of a representative sample of 284,807 users acting from a real mobile application. The efficiency of the proposed method, the accuracy of which is 99.14%, is shown.
The paper considers the modelling of the finely-dispersed non-coherent material flowing from the conic unloading hopper hole under the vibration disturbance of the flow with the conical bottom. There was presented the method for bringing Navier-Stokes equations that describe the movement of the non-coherent material under vibration, to the Lorenz model, based on which there were received graphic dependences, which allow forecasting the behavior of non-coherent material at the equipment projecting stage and controlling it by means of vibration intensity change as well as the unloading hopper hole parameters.
In the paper the SPICE model of functionally dependent voltage and current sources is proposed, which is used in the process of schematic simulation of impedance signal converters. This simulation allows analyzing the signal conversion parameters, functional analysis of circuit decisions, optimization of operating modes, etc. The results of model research give an opportunity to calculate the influence of interferences of harmonic signals of activating sources used in signal converters of impedance
In this paper, the results of the development and modeling measurement of impedance converters are presented. The main nodes, the parameters of which are decisive in terms of operation accuracy of the impedance measuring converters, are quadrature synchronous detectors and integrators of the detected signal.
In this work, partially homomorphic encryption algorithm based on elliptic curves is implemented. The established algorithm allows performing operations of encryption, addition and decryption of various aspects of the system. One of the possible applications of the algorithm is the creation of the depersonalization protocol in the electronic voting systems with different scales. The mathematical model of algorithm and mathematical models of basic analogues, among which it is possible to distinguish the algorithm of Paillier, which is also homomorphic according to the addition operation, are given. Comparison of fast-acting is executed between the algorithm based on elliptic curves and algorithm of Paillier at correlative cryptoproof lengths of the keys.
The aim of this work is the development of a reference source of subnanosecond pulses based on SiC breakdown LEDs. The micro-alloy technology of p-n junctions based on SiC-6H with a diameter of about 50 microns has been developed. The capacity of such structures does not exceed 10-20 pF. The high stability and current overload resistance of the samples were provided by the uniform microplasma breakdown structure. The breakdown electroluminescence spectrum of the investigated samples was flat and covered the range of 400-800 nm and the relaxation time did not exceed 0,25 ns (a time resolution of measuring system). The radiation power was about 10-6 W/A.
Images acquired by computer vision systems under low light conditions are characterized by the existence of noises. As a rule, it results in decreasing object detection rate. To increase the object detection rate, the proper image preprocessing algorithm is needed. The paper presents the image denoising method based on bilateral filtering and wavelet thresholding. The boosting method for object detection that uses the modified Haar-like features which include Haar-like features and symmetrical local binary patterns are proposed. The proposed algorithm allows increasing object detection rate in comparison with Viola-Jones method for a case of face detection task. The algorithm was tested on the two image sets, Yale B and the proprietary – VNTU-458.
The paper discusses questions of human auditory state evaluation with technical means. It considers the disadvantages of existing clinical audiometry methods and systems. It is proposed to use method for evaluating of auditory analyzer state by means of pulsometry to get the medical study more objective and efficient. It provides for use of two optoelectronic sensors located on the carotid artery and ear lobe, Using this method the biotechnical system for evaluation and stimulation of human auditory analyzer stare wad developed. Its hardware and software were substantiated. Different modes of simulation in the designed system were tested and the influence of the procedure on a patient was studied.
The paper proposes a method of conversion additive and multiplicative errors, mathematical models are obtained by a Taylor expansion of the transformation equations used measuring instruments in the instrumental component of the measurement uncertainty.
The paper presents improvement of the method of environmental monitoring of water bodies based on bioindication by phytoplankton, which identify phytoplankton particles carried out on the basis of comparison array multispectral images using Bayesian classifier of solving function based on Mahalanobis distance. It allows to evaluate objectively complex anthropogenic and technological impacts on aquatic ecosystems.

Conditions of diversification of enterprise products are involving for changes of higher levels of management hierarchy, so it’s leading by tasks correcting and changing schedule for operating of production plans. Ordinary solve by combination of enterprise resource are planning and management execution system often has exclusively statistical content. So, the development of decision support system, that helps to use knowledge about subject for capabilities estimating and order of operation of production object is relevant in this time.
The paper presents a system that implements methods of finding at the image lines of road marking, vehicle localization in space, the rules by which the system will react to different road situations in accordance to the position of the vehicle relative to line marking, and registration of unauthorized changes of rows movement.
