Wing-Ying Kwong M.S.(Engineering)E.E., B.S. Computer Science. She has been a freelance researcher in Nanophotonics (Plasmonic Circuitry) and Optoelectronics (Photonic Integrated Circuits) in the mid-infrared frequency range since 1999; currently affiliated with the SPIE professional society and serves as a Manuscript Reviewer. From 1998 to 1999, she was a Ph.D student researcher in the Department of Electrical Engineering of the City University of New York, working on experimental single organic-layer Light Emitting Diodes. In 2011, she was listed in the International Profiles of Accomplished Leaders and Woman of Achievement Award and since 2007, Strathmore’s Who’s Who Registry and America’s Registry of Outstanding Professionals listed her for her professional achievements.
