We demonstrate a bandwidth and wavelength adjustable optical filter based on cascaded four opto-mechanical microring resonators (MRRs). By injecting pump power into each opto-mechanical MRR, the resonance wavelength of the MRRs is redshifted. The bandwidth tuning range of the filter is from 0.03 nm to 0.32 nm and the tuning efficiency is 0.051 nm/mW. The wavelength is tuned from 0.1 nm to 0.4 nm, and the tuning efficiency is 0.028 nm/mW. The filter is tuned with low pump power, which is benefit for the optical signal processing in optical networks.
