Abstract
Aim at the shortages of the laser system simulation software EasyLaser v1.0, the function architecture and simulation ability of EasyLaser were designed and upgraded, and the EasyLaser v2.0 was developed, which can much more fulfill the requirements of the design and the analysis for the real complicated laser systems. The improvements include modeling with multi-level relative coordinate systems and importing the engineering entity models. In the end, a simulation example was given to show that the laser propagation effects in complicated systems can be simulated, and the modeling efficiency and the authenticity and intuitiveness were improved.
