Abstract
The infrared detector is the core component of the space infrared remote sensor. With the development of space infrared remote sensors, higher requirements have been put forward for infrared detectors, including multi-spectral integrated multi-module splicing long-line TDI infrared detectors. This paper mainly introduces the selection of infrared detectors, multi-spectral integrated long-line splicing TDI infrared detector technology, multi-spectral integrated long-line splicing TDI infrared detector long life verification and other aspects. The test and verification results show that the performance and life of the multi-spectral integrated long-line splicing TDI infrared detector meet the requirements of on-orbit use.
