Abstract
The response characteristics of the high-pressure common rail injector affect the fuel injection characteristics of the diesel engine, which in turn affects the engine's power and emission performance. This paper takes the high pressure common rail injector as the research object, uses the AMESIM to simulate and analyze the high-pressure common rail injector. Optimization Design the four key structural parameters and selected the optimization plan. By comparing the results of the injection law curve and the cycle injection quantity, it determined that the optimization plan is close to the actual demand value of the project, which proves the rationality of the optimization plan.
