Abstract
Vaccine production scheduling is actually a specific application of the typical workpiece sequencing problem in sequencing theory. On the basis of certain production constraints, the production efficiency can be improved by optimizing the solution of several types of vaccine scheduling problems with fixed processing times. This article first uses an improved profile fitting algorithm to reduce the production blocking time of the workpiece and determines the production sequence of adjacent vaccines; then uses the tabu search algorithm to perform global optimization to improve the convergence performance; finally, the "two exchange method" is used as a test tool. The experimental results show that this method can minimize the total waiting time of vaccine processing and achieve the best production scheduling.
