Abstract
Based on the requirements of the basic track of the Seventh National College Students' engineering training comprehensive ability competition, this thermal energy driven vehicle designs and makes a self moving energy driven vehicle with direction control function, and the energy used to complete all actions is converted from gravity potential energy, and it is not allowed to use any other form of energy. This paper describes in detail the design process of the potential energy driven trolley with cam mechanism as the steering mechanism and gear transmission as the main driving mechanism. Finally, based on the structural design and motion simulation, the real car is made, and the actual walking track of the car is confirmed through debugging and modification.
