Abstract
With the in-depth implementation of China's clean energy strategy the scale of natural gas consumption in China continues to expand and the contradiction between natural gas supply and demand continues to intensify, the development of LNG tank container multimodal transportation becomes an important goal for the industry development. In order to balance transportation safety and economic efficiency, this paper quantifies transportation risks by the mutation level method, constructs an LNG tank container multimodal transportation path optimization model with the lowest transportation cost and the lowest transportation risk as the goal, solves the mathematical model by genetic algorithm, and conducts case verification and analysis. The results show that LNG tank container multimodal transportation has obvious advantages compared with single transportation mode.
