Abstract
Ethanol and C4 olefins play an important role in the petrochemical industry and are indispensable basic raw materials. How to maximize the preparation process of C4 olefins has become the main research direction of C4 resource utilization. Based on 21 sets of experimental data, by controlling variables and establishing a linear regression model, this paper firstly explores the effects of various variables in the reaction of ethanol to C4 olefins on ethanol conversion and C4 olefin selectivity, and finally adds an interaction term to the regression analysis model, using The nonlinear programming method was used to solve the optimal model of C4 olefin yield under different catalyst combinations and temperature conditions.
