Abstract
Optimizing drilling technology is the product of optimizing mathematical theory and scientific experiments of oil and gas well engineering. After years of development, optimizing drilling technology has been widely applied to the world’s major oil fields, and achieved great results. However, with the continuous development of drilling technology, drilling equipment continues to improve, a variety of construction methods continue to enrich, the original various optimization models and methods can not fully meet the actual requirements of today’s oilfield development and production. Based on the quantitative relationship between ROP and bit tooth wear, this paper establishes the theoretical calculation model of bit tooth wear profile and the wear model of cone bit (the bit tooth wear model is established by multiple regression), which provides a theoretical basis for the real-time analysis of bit wear during drilling construction.
