Abstract
The average life of the product reflects the quality and reliability of the product. The average life of the product is calculated by the timing truncation technology through sampling inspection. For the electronic aerospace single-machine product whose reliability follows exponential distribution, the exponential distribution non-replacement timing truncation test method is adopted. Weibull distribution non-replacement timing truncation test method is used for non-electronic single aerospace products whose quality is not qualified due to partial material strength fatigue failure. The average life of different single aerospace products is calculated to provide a basis for evaluating the quality reliability of aerospace products.
