Abstract
Pins of electronic components are prone to bending and deformation during production and transportation, so they must be straightened before welding. The traditional straightening of electronic component pins is mainly manual. Through theoretical analysis and finite element simulation, the rules of influence of key straightening parameters such as straightening gap, comb thickness and friction coefficient on straightening effect are obtained. An automatic comb straightening device for capacitor pin was developed. Through the straightening test, the correctness of the influence law of straightening effects are verified.
