Abstract
For production-oriented enterprises characterized by multiple varieties and small batches. To improve its overall equipment effectiveness. Single Minute Exchange of Die technology in lean production as a theoretical guide. Based on H Bathroom Technology Company. Research on Single Minute Exchange of Die for H Bathroom Technology's injection molding machine equipment in the injection molding workshop. By analyzing the wastefulness of mold change time. Conduct a series of optimization and improvement measures. This includes distinguishing between internal and external operations and reducing their duration. Optimize mold change process, optimize staffing and path planning. Good results were achieved. The results of the study showed that the average mold change time of injection molding machine equipment in the injection molding workshop was shortened from 81 minutes to 34 minutes, and the overall efficiency was improved by 58%.
