Abstract

The author of this article refers to its collection, storage, processing, use, provision, transaction, and disclosure activities as data activities. Data transaction refers to the behavior of data owners to conduct free transactions under market transaction rules in accordance with the law, and is also listed as one of the economic activities of data. The series of behaviors in data transactions are inseparable from the nature of data pricing—a valuation behavior relationship is inseparable, and the two complement each other. The purpose of valuation is for transactions. Valuation is indispensable in transactions.
