Abstract
Due to the unique characteristics of cross-border operation of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, when a major incident occurs, it is very necessary to cooperate with adjacent areas (Hong Kong, Zhuhai, Macau) for rescue. However, the current emergency co-handling standards of three places are not very unified. According to the operation characteristics of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, this paper proposes four types of emergencies (low visibility, strong wind, traffic accidents, fires) that need to be dealt with jointly with Zhuhai, Hong Kong and Macau. Combined with the characteristics of the incidents, a proposal for the grading standards of the incidents is put forward, which provides a reference for establishing and improving the emergency rescue mechanism of the linkage of the three places.
