Abstract
In this paper, OV7670 camera sensor module to achieve car license information acquisition, through the use of STM32 MCU license plate image data processing and extraction, software system includes image acquisition system, car license recognition system, application software, database and so on. The software design is written in C language and compiled on Keil4 platform. The application software and UI are written in C# and compiled on Visual Studio 2013 platform. The vehicle database is created, and the parking information table and VIP vehicle information table are designed. Through data comparison, the parking fee and voice prompt can be calculated quickly, as well as the fast release of VIP car.
