Abstract
In this paper, the development and application have been studied for the simulation technology. Combined with the characteristics of the fly-by-wire flight control system, the different configurations and functions of Hardware-in-the-loop simulation systems have been researched at different development phases of the civil aircraft. The accuracy, completeness, and practicability of the Hardware-in-the-loop simulation system have been verified through the pilot-in-the-loop simulation test. In addition, compared with the iron bird test data, engineering simulator test data and test flight data, the accuracy of Hardware-in-the-loop simulation system and its practical value of engineering have been further improved. The hardware-in-the-loop simulation system has been proved as a useful tool for the design and development of civil aircraft flight control system.
