Abstract
Water mixing in oil gathering system is a kind of oil well gathering and transportation technology widely used in high pour point and high viscosity crude oil fields. At present, the water mixing control valve cannot automatically adjust the water mixing volume according to the actual working conditions, resulting in high water consumption and serious waste of heat energy. This paper designs a constant pressure water mixing control device, which is an automatic actuator that changes the regulating valve according to the pressure behind the valve. The water mixing control device is developed, which integrates the valve core, valve seat, valve stem, actuator, temperature and pressure transmitter, and realizes automatic adjustment of valve opening according to the pressure behind the valve. The field test shows that the device can automatically adjust the mixing water amount according to the change of the oil well back pressure, greatly reduce the mixing water amount of the water mixing system, save the water mixing electricity cost, quickly recover the investment of the transformation project, reduce the labor intensity of the on-site during the well inspection, and facilitate the production management.
