Abstract
Traditional oral anesthesia injections usually use manual syringes. The injection method is relatively rough, and the injection dose and speed are uncontrollable. It is easy to cause excessive injection or insufficient dose, resulting in pain symptoms for patients. In response to this problem, a high-precision painless oral anesthesia injection instrument was designed to replace manual precise injection. Through the description of the system composition and the finite element analysis of the transmission system, the system structure scheme is determined. Based on the pharmacokinetic compartment model, a two-compartment kinetic model was established, and the variation curve of the target drug concentration with the injection rate was calculated. By maintaining a constant level of drug concentration in the gingival tissue, combined with the detection of pressure changes during the injection process, an anesthesia channel can be created, thereby eliminating the patient's pain and achieving the goal of painless and comfortable treatment.
