Abstract
The eight-channel millimeter wave integrated receiver module is an important component of the passive millimeter wave security scan. In the actual module test, it is found that the measured value of the receiver module focus has a deviation of about 10mm from the theoretical value. This paper analyzes the effect of channel mutual coupling in the eight-channel millimeter wave integrated receiver module and finds that the inter-channel coupling will have a deviation of 3~5mm on the position accuracy of the module focus point, and identifies that the coupling in the eight-channel integrated receiver module as an important factor affecting the performance of the module.
