Abstract
Controlling the morphology and phase structure of low dimensional halide perovskite under photon injection is a challenging task. By using in-situ laser TEM technique, we recorded the changing process of CsPbBr3 nanocubes under laser irradiation. We found that by changing the laser fluence and irradiation time, low dimensional halide perovskite will undergo different evolution process, such as nanoparticle size variation, morphology rounding and crystal rotation. We have established a convenient laser engineering way for precise control of low-dimensional halide perovskite nanocrystals.
