Abstract
Group control refers to the necessary management and control of the group member companies by the group headquarters and its authorized management entities, which represent the interests of the group as a whole. During this process, group control effectiveness needs to be regularly evaluated, so as to correct deviations and improve performance. In face of new reform and development situations, large power grid enterprises urgently need to implement differentiated and precise control for regulatory and competitive businesses, which have different characteristics and development position, in order to better coordinate development and security, power supply and energy transformation. Based on the development reality of large power grid enterprises in China, this research constructs control effectiveness indicator system for their regulatory and competitive businesses, aiming to provide a beneficial tool to assess group control effectiveness and promote power grid company’s high-quality development.
