Abstract
Yogurt is a kind of milk product, which takes milk as raw material, is pasteurized, then added with starter culture, and then cooled and filled after fermentation. Yogurt has established itself as a staple beverage in people's everyday lives because of its unique flavor and beneficial effects on health. Stevioside and erythritol are natural sweeteners that can be added to yogurt. Due to the lack of related enzymes in the human body, erythritol and stevioside are not absorbed and do not generate heat energy after being eaten. They also have no effect on blood insulin or glucose levels, making it beneficial and secure food components for people with diabetes. Grape, pomegranate juice and strawberry are beneficial to human health. These fruits all contain phenolic compounds, which can provide energy to the cell and increase nutrient intake by carbohydrates. And they can be added to yogurt. This study shows the effects of these sweeteners on yogurt and the health of people, and the effects of these fruit additions on yogurt and the health of people.
