Abstract
In the transmission network of automatic hydro-meteorological observation system of ocean stations, the observation data are transmitted to In the transmission network of automatic hydro-meteorological observation system of ocean stations, the observation data are transmitted to the data center in clear text, and the typical communication methods are 3G/4G/5G wireless communication, BeiDou-2 satellite navigation system, and In order to solve the problems of incomplete real-time observation data caused by communication failure and easy leakage of clear text data transmission, a double-encrypted data transmission device with multiple concurrent communication methods was designed. the design of the hardware circuit, software, double encryption algorithm, system implementation and demonstration applications were presented. design result was applied by demonstration, and the application result shows that the parallel transmission of multiple encrypted data can ensure the system design result was applied by demonstration, and the application result shows that the parallel transmission of multiple encrypted data can ensure the complete and secure transmission of real-time data to the data center, and the functional performance index meets the requirements of operational business.
