Abstract
With the advent of the information age and the continuous development of communication technology, the power communication system is also being updated and upgraded. The transmission speed and quality have been greatly improved. Its development direction is high-speed transmission, which can effectively drive the development of other industries. This development trend has led to the emergence of 5G mobile communication technology, which has been tried and applied in the power communication system, and has now played an important and positive role. This paper expounds the advantages and characteristics of 5G mobile communication technology, and analyzes the specific application of 5G mobile communication technology in power system communication from different aspects in combination with the actual situation, with a view to providing reference.
