Abstract
In this paper, temperature-time models with different characteristics, melting and crystallization versus temperature and time as well as melting rate versus temperature and crystallization rate versus temperature are developed around the design problem of mold flux. Finally, the dynamic changes between successive photographs of the melting and crystallization processes of the nearby die flow are successfully analyzed and quantified by means of RGB analysis, ORB algorithm and Fourier series fitting and finally, the temperature and time variations, the melting and crystallization processes of the die melt as a function of temperature and time, and the melting and crystallization kinetics of the die melt, i.e., the relationship between temperature, melting rate and crystallization rate are discussed. The above research is beneficial in guiding the design of mold fluxes to meet the solidification requirements of steel grades. Because this process wastes manpower and hinders the development of experimental process information, there is an urgent need to develop automatic feature extraction and mathematical modeling techniques for automatic feature sequence images.
