Abstract
To solve the problems of the new energy vehicles’ electric drive system test work, in contrast with traditional test sands based on real motors, a new electric machine emulator system is established. To improve the performance, the LCL-type topology is chosen for the interface, a key component of the system. With the problems of multiple parameters and strong coupling, the design of the LCL-type interface parameter is transformed into a multi-objective, multi-disciplinary optimization problem, and a multi-disciplinary collaborative optimization architecture is established with an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on dual time scales to obtain the optimal parameters that consider simulation accuracy and system stability, total volume and cost. The simulation and physical platform test results show that the new electric machine emulator system can achieve accurate simulation of real motors, which can complete the test of the electric drive system for vehicles. When the optimization parameters obtained by this paper method are used, the phase current error is significantly reduced while the total inductor is also reduced, resulting in a significant increase in the simulation accuracy and a reduction in the volume and cost. This verifies the superiority of the multi-disciplinary collaborative optimization architecture and improved optimization algorithm for interface parameter design.
