Abstract
In order to achieve the objectives of rationalizing the layout of emergency material centre sites and distributing emergency materials intelligently, this paper establishes an emergency material centre site selection model, and then designs and introduces an improved particle swarm algorithm to optimally solve the model. The algorithm improves the inertia weight of the algorithm to make it change adaptively according to the number of iterations of the algorithm. And in the learning factor part, an improved second-order oscillation method is proposed to further improve the global search capability of the algorithm. Finally, simulation experiments comparing the standard algorithm optimisation results show the rationality and validity of the siting model as well as the feasibility and efficiency of the designed algorithm.
