Abstract
The high altitude operation of retaining balloon is greatly affected by the wind, and cannot maintain the constant height. Therefore, the constant height control and prediction of winch retaining balloon is studied. Using ANSYS software to establish retaining cable model, set the cable material elastic modulus and other related parameters, add gravity, wind and retaining balloon buoyancy, get the cable transverse (X) displacement and height displacement changes with the wind level, and design particle swarm optimization improved BP neural network time series algorithm to predict the balloon height to optimize the control. The simulation results show that particle swarm (PSO) optimizes BP neural network.
